HR Assistant

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists in processing of personnel appointments.

2. Coordinates with Department Heads for employees’ healthcare and medical needs.

3. Processes employees’ attendance logs and overtime for payroll.

4. Coordinates with Department Heads in preparation of seminars.

5. Monitors the daily activity of the department and updates HR Department Head/Officer

6. Prepares company activities

7. Conduct orientation for newly hired employee

8. Process clearance of resigned employee

9. Assures that all separated employees executed exit interview

10. Updates master list of active employees per month

11. Updates 201 files of all employees.

12. Monitor Training Plan/Seminar per Department

13. Prepares request for employee’s uniform

14. Issued uniforms for active employees

15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14,000.00 – Php15,750.00 per month

Technical Head

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Technical Department that includes pump stations and water extraction operations, water quality assurance and network pipelines maintenance.
  • Work closely with business partners to resolve issues and concerns related to water supply.
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly technical reports and other required operational updates.
  • Evaluate and endorse projects for water supply improvement.
  • Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures to meet the standard quality parameters for the best customer service.
  • Ensure on-time CapEx project realization.
  • Report and coordinates with the Branch Manager regarding recommendations for continual improvement and corrective actions related to technical concerns.
  • Participate in and perform special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 – Php25,000.00 per month

Collection Analyst

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares daily collection reports

2. Prints Official receipts for Customers, Developers and all other collections.

3. Sends/email collection reports to Commercial and other departments, as necessary.

4. Prepares monthly report on pending payment.

5. Prepares reports of collection for other companies.

Reconciles, analyzes and performs collection adjustments as necessary

7. Prepares Accounting entries for daily collections

8. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14,000.00 – Php15,750.00 per month
