BP Waterworks is proud to continue its partnership with the Homeowners Association of Deca Homes Mactan 1 located along Ibabao Agus Road, Brgy. Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City. Our partnership with the community began in August 2019 and was renewed in September 2025 together with the current HOA officers.
This collaboration aims to provide residents with a more convenient and streamlined payment system while helping improve the Association’s collection process.
Through this partnership:
– Homeowners can conveniently pay both their water bills and association dues in a single transaction.
– The HOA benefits from a more organized and efficient dues collection system.
– The Association receives accurate monthly reports and direct bank remittances.
– HOA officers are able to lessen administrative tasks and dedicate more time to community programs and improvements.
